Maybe the fan when it hits a higher RPM. Does it do it instantly as soon as a decent load is put on it?

U cant hear it my system is too loud

How loud is your system? If you put the microphone right at the unit(perhaps in the back), you might be able to pick it up.

It might be the fan, if it only appears under load it's probably the high RPMs of the fan.

Too loud to pick it up

Then my best guess is the fan.

Its there is something i can do?

Well, the power supply could also be rattling. The fan could be rattling, or it's just the motor of the fan. Try messing with screws around the unit and possibly on the case to see if you can make the noise go away. If it's the motor of the fan, there's nothing you can do without opening the unit.

Ok that you for your help

Don't open the PSU! It's dangerous and you might void your warranty/brick it.

If it's not louder than your system and if everything works fine, then it's probably not an issue.

I've not heard of Gigabyte making PSUs but idk how good quality they are. You can change it if it worries you so much.

Don't open the PSU! It's dangerous[.]

Only if there's a charge. If it's completely discharged, it's no more dangerous than any other component in your PC.

But he could also brick something and when hooking it back up it could do damage.

If you have no idea what you're doing, avoid opening PSUs.

If you have no idea what you're doing, avoid opening PSUs.

If you have no idea what you're doing, avoid touching computer components altogether.

Then I'm not surprised if the PSU is making noise. It's likely normal.
