Ok so i was panning t get someone in america to gift me saints row 4 coz its banned here (well at lest edited) dose this mean i wont be able to bye dlc from the australian steam store

I highly doubt you would be able to buy the DLC from the Aus store, you would have to get someone to gift you it or use a VPN.
