NVIDIA Control Panel Problem

Hi guys,

I've got a bit of a problem with my laptop. It uses the Integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000 and dedicated graphics GeForce GT 630M and when I open up the NVIDIA Control Panel I only see 3D settings options on the side panel no other settings and I actually want to access the NVIDIA display colour settings but it's just not visible so I'm in need of some help in finding out how I can gain access to at least the NVIDIA colour options on the side panel under the heading "select a task". Do any if you know of my problem and how to fix it?

What have you done to troubleshoot?

 

Have you tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling the latest WHQL drivers?

Have you restarted your computer?

Have you tried putting a powerful magnet on your hard drive? Don't actually do that I'm only kidding.

If your using the new drivers there are many people saying that the Gamma Correction options are missing. I've been reading the Nvidia forum and there are a lot of pissed of people over there right now for the exact same reasons you mentioned. Now you may wanna head over there and check out the forum there could be some useful information about whats going on . Try using a later driver and just so you know there are also reports the the Nvidia control panel is not showing up in Windows task bar as well. So yeah as it stands right now Nvidia is having some problems with there drivers ATM.
