hello, 960 probs

so i have a gtx 960 and a pretty new pc when im playing games like the witcher 3 the graphics card is pretty warm and the fans arnt turning very fast 

help!

Well, that means it's working properly. GPUs run hot when they are pushed to the limit, which is what they should be doing everytime.

That is normal, the fans shouldn't spin until the card reaches 60C, most GPUs can handle up to 90C.

What are your specs and ... Turn up the settings if you want to see those fans spinning  B)

I mean tune the settings in game ... If it gets stutters , tune it down .

 

Unless you are talking about overclocking the GPU ... You can use MSI Afterburner or your graphics card own overclocking tool .

the gpu is probbaly about 60c but its still not spinning very fast im not good with calculating rpm

They are doing this by design, they don't ramp up until you reach higher temperatures.
