Metro Last Light problems

Alright so I just bought a gtx 770 SC and i'm having problems in Metro Last light. The game randomly drops to 20 fps and is locked at 20 fps even though iv'e played through the same section with 70 fps. It has been doing this on multiple chapters including the new dlc and it makes no sense. Help  :(

(all drivers are updated)

The game seems to suffer from frame rates dropping significantly. It could be game related or driver related.

I havent had any significant framedrops in Metro LL yet. Runs as butter smooth as it could on my system ;)

I had the a similar problem but I have a 7870. I checked the integrity of the cache on steam, after a bit of messing around with drivers for my PC I got it to run well enough. This game has had a lot of bugs, Post on the Last Light forums about it and see if anyone else has the same or a similar problem. The developers know that this game is buggy and are pretty good at updating when they can.
