i first had my fans set to push out side air in and now i have it to pull air from inside the case out and i been getting higher temps. should i of stuck with push?

I use a mix. Is your exhaust being used in a push or pull config? You should keep positive pressure in the case.

i have 2 140s at the frount of the case intaking and 1 140 in the back exhausting 1 120 on the bottom intaking and 2 radiator fans exhausting
