No unfortunately, my mATX board comes right to the top of the PSU to give way for a top mounted radiator - since the case is optimized to support their Hydro Series!

That would be a fun mod to do. Put the PSU in front, facing upwards (with the fan facing forwards), cut a new place to route cables cleanly, convert the 5.25 bays to 3.5, and drill some extra holes for the standoffs. Not too hard. It could get quite a bit more complicated depending on cooling though.

If you want to put the time into it and mod it for a ATX board you could have a truly awesome 350d build.

But I would just get an Air 540

Without modding, no. They made that case for mATX baords so ATX boards shouldn't be able to fit.
