Which would do better?

so my friend asked me to pick a laptop for him that's around 3k EGP (which is not so much yet not a few for him), sadly i can't really convert that to USD since the price difference is huge in egypt & anywhere else and that really wouldn't make any sense , but i'll add the prices in EGP & the equivalent in USD, again that wont make much sense
well... , he usually uses his laptop for really soft usage, browsing, studying BUT he also does some Sony Vegas editing, which means some rendering, not really that heavy usage & he plays almost only LoL
 
so that's about the best & -almost- only 2 i found that's around the price ranged he asked for & the specs i believe would do well with his needs (note that he doesn't usually do SV editing, so it's not that essential)
i would like to know what u think of these 2 i picked, if i made a right choice

i don't actually know the MHz of the RAM i really think it's 1600 tho, and i would prolly add another 4GB to that, let me know what u think

i MIGHT be able to get Lenovo G500 (i3/4/500/ATI) (Price in EGP 3200 = 434.24$), but i'm not sure about the availability, so if u pick this one, lmk which 1 then to go for if i couldn't find it
