Are you sure about moving the PSU? Based on the pictures, if I use the motherboard plate that is currently there and screw in the mATX board (of course I'll have to drill more holes), I don't think the PSU would create any problems.

assuming you arent going to change the IO shield placement the bottom of the board will hit the psu area. Im 70% sure there will be a problem in that area.

I see. Hmm...maybe I can mod the PSU to be shorter xD. I will look at the diagrams again and see what I can do.

maybe an sfx psu could be a better idea and at a push maybe tfx.
