Best IPS Gaming Monitor for under $500

Hey all,
I'm looking for a monitor for my build, its pretty much done but the only thing I am on the fence on is the Monitor. I definitely want a 27 inch monitor I will be doing Gaming, Photo Editing and some music recording. I'm looking for something under 10ms and I would prefer an IPS panel, I don't care if its 60Hz I would much rather have an impressive screen then response time, I do like the finish the be glossy but not to glossy, also UHD displays are welcome. I would like to keep it under $500 but if it is a really good monitor for a little more go ahead and recommend it.

(The one I had in mind was the Dell S2715H)
