Corsair H60 and i5 4690k?

Hi, im looking to overclock the 4690k up to around 4.4-4.5 but can the h60 handle it and keep it at low temps? I cant really push for a better cooler though.

I got my dad's i7 2600k to 4.2GHz on a H60 so yeah I think it'd be fine.
