Why a 980? In terms of price to performance there's not much point in getting it I would go for a 390X or a 980Ti

Get a 980 Ti if you can, since it pretty much has the performance of a Titan X but with half the VRAM.

 

IF you have to get a 980, go for one from EVGA. I personally have one (that got bent due to... things....) and it works perfectly fine. Boost clocks to 1404 and doesn't give a single fuck.

Well I like the acx cooler and there pcb's aren't custom so yeah

EVGA,MSI,Gigabyte,and ASUS are the best nonreference design, but you have to look at the clock speed because each one have varies factory overclocked speed.
