Random PA Activation

I have had many occasions where assistants on my devices have activated at times when they should not have...

 

For example I was watching The Office and they were saying WUPHF repeatedly and Cortana on my PC activated and opened a bing page about helicopters.

 

I am curious to know what else sets off the personal assistants, so please share your story below!
