Need Help With Setting up a Tablet

I recently got an Asus Padfone X and was thinking that I could use the tablet mode as a art/drawing pad for my PC. Does anyone know of an app or program that can allow me to use this tablet as a touch screen for my PC?

I don't think there are any for free.  Your only options really are 9.99 apps or 4.99 subscription apps.  :/
