Socket 1150 with more than two pcie 3.0 recommendations?

I'm waiting on an RMA of my hero vi and I just recently saw the pcie ssd Intel 750. I'm thinking of getting one to upgrade my system and if I saw the video right I need a pcie 3.0 to take full advantage. On my hero vi they are both taken up by my sli setup. Any recommendations on a board with at least three pcie 3.0? Thanks in advance.

since lga 1150 cpus  only have 16 pcie lanes, you wont be able to run sli and the pcie ssd. sli needs at least 8x to run, and yours cards are 8x each, reaching the max of 16 lanes.

Aww man, gotta upgrade further...[emoji20] but thanks for explaining before I moved forward. So I'd need a 2011 v-3 probably, huh?

Gen 2 PCIE x16 or Gen 3 PCIE x8 will perform worse than Gen 3 PCIE x16, but not enough to be a problem.
