Also, that MOBO has usb bios flashback. That'll do the the trick since you dont need a CPU to install the bios.

The CPU that you have chosen in your link is NOT a Haswell refresh CPU. I dont know how to be more clear...

Its not a Devils Canyon, but it is a Haswell Refresh CPU. It was released in May of 2014. As long as the Z87 board was manufactured after that date it will have the BIOS update already applied.
