Do you have this with other headphones or speakers too?

It's a reasonable common with 3.5mm it seems.. (have had it too)

 

And do you have a faint beeping noise too or not?

Its extreme though i cant hear the audio over it and i have checked to see if it all plugin. its is loud static and white noise

right click on the speaker icon in your system tray, and choose "recording devices" then disable any that you see.

 

It sounds like you might have the jack plugged into the wrong port, how many 3.5mm ports are there on your pc

It sounds like you might have the jack plugged into the wrong port, how many 3.5mm ports are there on your pc

two on the front mic and headphone and three on the back blue, green and pink
