4.1 vs 6.1

Is it that much of a difference between a

5.1 (4.1 in my case) and 7.1 (6.1) set up?

Seems like the s side channels should be covered by front and rear sides.

So, is it noticeable between 5.1 and 7.1?

Worth the extra 30-40$ for 7.1?

More speakers just allows for better sound in a larger room. For a single user, you shouldn't bother (unless you just want to play around with it).

OK.

My room /speakersetup is rather small, so I'll just stick with 4.1
