Good Budget Flash?

Hi Guys,

 

Can someone give me a recommendation on a good budget flash?

I would like it to have E-TTl, and have the pop up flash on my 650d trigger it?

I am looking at the Neewer NW/TT680. That looks good, but i dont know if the pop up flash can trigger it.

I am looking for a max of £50.

that looks good too.

I believe they are the same, they are good, I have used my friends Yongnuo flashes for his D800 a few times
