would this PC build Work? any answer is welcome!

 

CPU- AMD Sempron 3850 AM1 1300 MHz Socket FS1b 

 

RAM- Crucial 2GB DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) CL9 Desktop

Motherboard- ASRock AM1B-ITX LGA AMD1 Sockets A & E Quad Core mITX AMD Motherboard

HDD- WD 80GB PATA (IDE) 3.5" Internal Hard Drive 
 

Case-NZXT Source 210 

DVD Drive- Black SATA 24X DVD Burner

PSU-Corsair CX 430

No. The drive is IDE and the motherboard uses SATA. Motherboard will not work in that case either.

Well if you want to use the system, yes. No, you don't need a bigger case. You need one that supports the ITX motherboard specification.

You don't need a bigger case, you need one that supports smaller motherboards, such as the one you've chosen.

just to note that onlye the PSU and Case will have any significant value after you buy them, if you plan to sell them back.

As a usable machine its also not that very usable, so decide carefully :) maybe with windows xp it will work ok.

 

Im not sure how it works over there but having a system thats can atleast run chrome normally might be easier to sell or gift to someone.

That too, but with AM1 boards, smaller is generally cheaper.
