Looking for advice regarding Upgrades

I'm starting to plan out my next Rig so I can pass my current one to the wife. When I had this built, it cost me around $1200 so am looking for a new setup that would be around that same price. Current rig is as follows;

I am heavily into Gaming (mostly MMO's) and maybe start to do some Streaming of Game Content. I'm interested in getting into 4K or 1440p (doing 1080p now) but currently use a 2 Monitor setup and really enjoy having the multiple monitors, and am unsure if I can make that switch and stay within budget. If you guys need more information to help me start to getting a good rig design going please let me know. Thank you for your time.

This is what I'd go for. 

 

EDIT: You could go for a 4690K to save some money. It will perform the same in games, but won't do as well for any streaming or editing (still capable though).

I would try to replace the 750Ti with a 380 4GB, 390, 390X, Fury or Fury X! (cheapest first)
