This is my first build, I just wanted to know if this would interfere with putting in a 390 at all. Thanks.

No, integrated GPUs don't interfere with dedicated GPUs.

 

Except some AMD laptops, in which the iGPU and the dGPU crossfire, and applications which can't use crossfire default to using the iGPU instead of the dGPU
