AERO Color Error

i am running win7 64 bit on a ssd and using a 1tb hhd for everything else
my cpu is a i5 4690k 3,50ghz

16 gig ram

gigabye geforce gtx 970 windforce

rm750 psu

asus maximus hero vii mb

While Benchmarking using SniperElite V2 Benchmarker i started getting this error then i used AvP Benchmarker and got it with that also

The error, if it even is one says something like "Windows has detected your computer's performance is slow. This could be because there are not enough resources to run the Windows Aero color scheme. To improve performance, try changing the color scheme to Windows 7 Basic. Any change you make will be in effect until the next time you log on to Windows"

 How Can I Fix This Error??????

I get this error too, when the benchmark is finished close it and it will change back to normal
