The Crew Demanding?

Go to solution Solved by TW1ST3R,

Is The Crew Demanding? I want to run it on my computer but i dont know if i can, here are my specs

PC Specs

===========

-AMD FX 4130

-EVGA GTX 560 SC

My brother finished the game on his computer (i3 530; GTX 560Ti) which has similar performance to yours.  You should be fine at low-medium settings with mostly consistent 30fps at a minimum.  Although he played at 900p. [Edit: nevermind, thought you were playing at 1080] I think his CPU probably let him down a bit, since the MB won't let it be overclocked.

You won't be running the game very well or if at all on that system.

Edit: OP changed specs after my post.

Should be fine. FX-4130 is better then Q6600, which seems to run The Crew perfectly fine with a GTX 560.

ok cool! sorry i saw that my laptop didnt relly meet minimum requirements or at least just barley met them so i changed it.

According to TechSpot, this is the kind of performance you can expect from your graphics card. http://www.techspot.com/review/925-the-crew-benchmarks/page3.html

They also have a CPU performance section in there as well.

530, it's actually a good overclocker, but the rubbish HP motherboard bios is ridiculously locked down, you can change the boot order and that's about it hahaha

No idea, haven't installed it on mine since Uplay is annoying and insists on downloading the whole game again rather than just letting me copy game files from a hard drive like Steam and Origin.  I'm assuming you'll be able to run it maxed out at constant 60fps, especially if you're sticking at 900p.  My 970 doesn't break a sweat with any game I have except for modded Skyrim, Crysis 3, and the Metro games.  Newer games will obviously prove to be more challenging, but I still have such a backlog of games I want to play that it'll be a long while before I even consider buying them.  Honestly though the game doesn't interest me, so I'll probably never play it, I just let my brother have the download code from my 970, he did enjoy it though, apparently there's an expansion coming sometime, I'm assuming paid DLC.

Well i played The Crew on a 8320 and a 270X around high settings and 1680x1050, i guess the 560 Ti will be fine if you turn settings down to low in the city and turn up settings higher in the desert or forest.

You usually get more FPS in the desert or forest compared to the cities.
