You sure FRAPS is recording at the FPS you want it to record at? Also, recording is intensive. It's writing massive files to your hard drive.

Look into MSI Afterburner or Dxtory. They don't eat nearly as much of your FPS as Fraps do. That said, I think you'll have a hard time recording 1080p on your system.

Yep i know that i am having the same result with other software like dxtory and bandicam

I'm so sorry but it look as if you're going to perish in the next 24 hours, the only way to end this curse is if you find a way to make Fraps work properly. Good luck.

Its probably set to 10fps to save file size.

Make sure the HDD you are recording too has a reasonable Trasfer speed. Read and Write RW. Make sure you have not locked the fram rate.
