 I have 2 questions regarding heat.
Firstly, does the PCB itself get as hot as the metrics displayed by software say or since the die and vrm's have heatsinks and heatspreaders, the aluminum heatsink absorbs most of it thus the PCB remaining relatively (about 40-45*C) cool.
My second question ties in closely with the first. Is it bad if the cables of one of the case fans that connects directly above the GPU touches the PCB? There are no copper wires showing as far as I can tell and everything's been running smoothly. I was afraid of the cable maybe taking a hit from the heat and I can't really sip tie it anywhere since it's directly from the fan and above it is the CPU heatsink.

but you should still try to pretty it up

Like I said, it's pretty much impossible since the cable is relatively short and the only fan header on the mobo is between the socket and the PCIe slot.
