Office 2016 install problem

LONG STORY SHORT

Is there any way to completely remove Office installation "clues" from Windows?

 

 

 

FULL STORY

Yesterday I decided that I might give Office 2016 a shot. So, I uninstalled my existing '13, and downloaded the offline installer for x86. The installation started, but then I found out that there is an x64 version on the internet, so I wanted to cancel the ongoing installation. Unfortunately there was no way to halt it, so I went with the old Task manager. 

 

Then I tried to install x64, and I got this:

After that I tried to completely remove it, with additional software, called: IObit Uninstaller. Later I removed every key from the registry concerning Office, but the installer still gives this sh*t. Now I have reached to the point where x86 would be fine, but it won't install, too.

Well Office 2016 is only a thing on Mac...  So basically, it doesnt work.

No it isn't. Its a tech preview on Windows to.

Eeeek office 2016: I am (still) using a (dodgy: it's a "Blue") copy of Office 2007. 

I did my ECDL and ECDL advanced on Office 2003 . 

Makes me feel really old to see 2016 is now out(ish).

Well all the more reason its not working, because its pre release.

So far, I didn't find problems.

 

@soup, I learned ECDL on office '03, too. Then basically we had to re-learn everything way back then when '07 came out.

@JefferyD90 As far as I know, the beta was released for PC before Mac..

Well FSVO using, it's installed but I just about never use it.
