CPU Bottleneck?

Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33

Processor: i3 4170 @ 3.70GHz

Graphics Card: Sapphire R7 260X 2GB GDDR5

PSU: Xtyle 600W

Ram: Kingston Hyper X Fury Blu 4GB 1666Mhz

 

Because whenever I play Tera Online my fps actually range to 40-100 then suddenly goes down to 14-16fps.

nope thats not bottleneck, probs just the game.

RAM in my opinion, you run out of ram and start using more pagefile so it slows down to a crawl.

GPU isn't whats causing your problem, you need to get more RAM for your system.
