What is the best way to put LED's in my computer? Here is my computer:

I'd say so unless you want RGB. But white LEDs are slick.

You should put the LEDs on the top and bottom of the case, close to the side panel. This way it is pretty evenly lit and you don't directly see the LEDs. You can also put them behind components like the motherboard, but those are much harder to set up, and can cost more. I would recommend spending a bit more on a nicer kit if you can, such as this one.

yeah i am not against spending some more dough to make my computer look nicer (PC master race for a reason) but with the kit you linked would i peel of the 3m tape and stick it on the panel? or the literal bottom of the case and the top of the case

You could put it on the side panel and it could look equally good, but it would be a huge pain whenever you wanted to remove the side panel. Because of that, most people put it on the main frame of the case, but very close to the side panel.

so stick them on the lip of the case were my panel touches? or up near the fans

It is better right on the lip. That way you are less likely to directly see them, and the light is more even.

yeah i just dont want the white dots that some people get if possible
