GTA V Problem

Hey guys,

I have a 144Hz monitor and discovered I had been playing at 60Hz in GTA so I decided to turn in to 144Hz and I dont know wtf happened. Now I am lagging crazily and tried changing some settings around. In GTA the usage bar was like halfway after I turned it 144Hz. I have no idea why I am lagging. If you guys could help that would be awesome.

Thanks
