Hey guys.

So I'm trying to install Windows 7 on my WD Black 1 TB Drive using a Windows 7 ISO on my Kingston Data Traveller 3.0 32 GB drive.

There are no other storage drives attached to my PC, just the drive I want to install Windows on, and my USB with The Windows ISO on it.

Whenever I get to the installation process in which you must select which drive to install Windows on, I get this error when I select the drive and try to proceed:

"Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition. See the setup log files for more information."

Does anybody know how to solve this issue?  It won't let me go through with the installation no matter how I format the drive in the installer.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks :D

It's your USB drive. Just had this exact same issue with a DataTraveller 3.0 16GB. Switched to my PNY 32GB stick and had no issues. The Traveller had become corrupted somehow and no amount of formatting has fixed it so far.
