BLACK SCREEN AFTER CHANGING THE RESOLUTION

I have this problem since yesterday, when i play certain games on low resolution, my monitor will go black screen for minutes or more. and just now i tried to change resolution, my monitor will go blank. it's look like everytime the resolution change, my screen will black - how to fix this.. ? ( i'm sorry for my bad english )

 

EDIT:

it's desktop pc. im using windows 7 . when i run the games, the resolution automatically changes because i run the game at 720p when my native resolution is 1366*768

Some games only support "Standard resolutions" like 1280x720 (720p) 1920x1080 (1080p)... 

The difference between 1366x768 and 720p is very small, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

The difference between 1366x768 and 720p is very small, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. 

I understand, but my problem is, my screen went black everytime the resolution changing, and its blank for a few minutes and then it will back on after a few minutes which is frustrating..

Its most likely the monitor not communicating well with the gpu or igpu on your computer. 

Do you have a dedicated Gpu?
