MSI RMA Status Confusing

After 7 tries to contact them via phone, I decided I'd come here in case anyone has seen this before.

I shipped my dead 970 back to MSI for an RMA, and yesterday I got an email saying everything was receieved. Now, when I looked up my status, I see both that the product was shipped out and even given a tracking # (which is inactive), but it also has no signs of shipping in the progress page.

Here's what I mean:

(Apparently my RMA 970 shipped?)

But also:

(It hasn't even had a replacement found yet?)

What does "Sales/RMA NG buffer for repair run" mean?

Also, I don't care if people see the tracking # / serial #. The GPU's in RMA anyway, so it's not worth anything.

Good to know... Hopefully I get it by the weekend! I've heard horrible things about MSI's RMA, and this seems to be going smoothly :D

My RMA was fine/ Initiating it took a little longer than I would have liked but I had the replacement in hand in less than 7 days.
