Does IDE reach usb 3.0

Does external IDE drives benifit from usb 3.0 over usb 2.0, or are they to slow to matter?

And woud they be faster than a flash drive?

is there any IDE enclosure for usb3?

last time I bench my old drive it gives constant speed on 25MB/s in/out with usb2

only few usb2 flash drive can reach that speed

ive found some adapters, but the 2.0 ones are cheaper, so ill just get 2.0
