Would I be able to boot a console from my desktop PC?

VaderTots

I was just wondering if it was possible to say, use a third party app to have the console's display in a window on my desktop. I'm interested mainly so I can use my Wii U without switching HDMI cables all the time.

If you want "picture in picture" type of thing so you can game while in Windows, then you'd need aa capture device.
