Arctic cooling mx-2 out of the ones you listed:

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7983401&CatId=503

However, read this article-- it does an in depth comparison with many different thermal pastes.

Edit: D'oh! Forgot the link... but it is all good now.

i just picked up a 65g tube of mx-2

i used arctic silver for years, but i wanted to try something different.

i have been very happy with the arctic cooling mx-2. i would give this product a very high rating. better than arctic silver for thermal transfer and is not electrically conductive.

Out of those, MX-2. But I prefer TIM Consultants Quantum which is super cheap and works as well as MX-4.
