So I'm on a trip in Canada from the US and I had a few questions about the conversion rate. I have been in situations where the USD has been worth more and less than the CAD. If the the conversion rate is 80USD to 100CAD, how does that work and which is worth more?

Thanks!

1 US Dollar equals

1.27 Canadian Dollar

Our dollar is weaker meaning that every US dollar is equal to 1 dollar and 27 cents in Canada.

So for example, when you trade 1USD in to convert to CAD, how much do you get?

Than wouldn't the USD be worth more if you can trade less money for more money?

Our dollar is weaker meaning

The money is the exact same amount, its just in different currencies, not all dollars are equal.

It's just like how not all mhz and GHz are equal.
