hey i bought the jbl e40bt for 2 days ago, they are pretty painful, give alot of pressure on my ears , and after 10 minutes i start to get annoyed, will this get better over time?

Some headphones take time to break into them, like any pair of shoes. So maybe yes, maybe not, depends on the quality of the headphones you purchased.
