Crysis 3 random fps drops

I have recently been playing Crysis 3 with mixed settings(mostly maxed) 

 

I have a AMD fx 8350

crossfire radeon hd 7870

8Gb of ram

I have a 620w psu

 

it runs at about 60fps to about 120fps

 

But when I go into a new area it drops to like 10fps for about 20 seconds

 

I have checked temperatures and my Cpu maxes out at 42C

and my gpu's max out at 61C

 

Also when I play for long periods the game crashes 

 

Does anybody know why this is happening.

The FPS drop when entering new areas is probably because the game is loading the new area from your HDD.

 

Do you run any overclocks on the CPU and/orGPU? This might be the cause of the crashes

My cpu is overclocked I just used the asus ai suit turbo evo to do it for me its oc to 4.334Ghz but Crysis 3 is the only game that crashes and my gpus are at stock

Have you checked if the installation is complete in Origin?
