This part of the fan should face the exterior of the case.

I made a topic about thing a long time ago, but I can't find the post. 

 

 

I've got a K280 which is an okay case, I've got 3 fans one in the front, side panel fan and and rear exhaust. Now, what's the best cooling solution?

 

Any push or pull? 

 

This is the case.

was thinking of that, but that would be negative pressure and asking for dust. I figured the TINY temp difference would be irrlevent over dust build up. 

If the GPU intakes air then intake on the side is OK, though if it's an exhaust fan then you should NOT have the side as an intake and vice versa. Not best for airflow.

front and side intake, exhaust out the back. 

 

 

Depends on the GPU, side can also be exhaust.

Two fans at the front and one at the back should be good. Front = intake, back = exhaust

Case only supports 1 fan in the front.. :(

No problem! Remember, that is for the side panel, right? That side is the face where air is taken in. If putting it at the back of the case make sure that part of the fan faces the inside of your case :)
