Got better internet - slower streams

Guest Console Peasant

This is really annoying i always struggled with TTV because i live in australia and net here is not to great.

so maybe getting new internet wouldnt change where i live, but help a bit.. nope

I went from 5mbps download to 15mbps download and it got worse, as well as my upload speed. before it would only buffer on very foreign streams like in china and stuff and would buffer here and there but now most streams buffer constantly, and yes i do lower the quality, even 1mbps streams cannot be streamed on my 15mbps down. Now you might blame this on twitch because theres not many servers here, but at least before i could watch it :[

Youtube works fine, i might move to america unless someone can fix it?
