Well, I hope you understand why upload speeds are generally slower than download speeds for consumers:

You generally download more than you upload. Now this is becoming less prevalent with people doing things like uploading large files to sites like YouTube and streaming but the general idea is that servers do most of the uploading and clients (consumers) do most of the downloading.

Sig under construction.

Sometimes, ISPs just don't offer anything faster. May have something with Comcast being a cable-based connection and ATT being a DSL-based connection.

I whish i could move my bandwith around....

like change my dl from 22, to 20. and upload from 2 to 4 like on my router page or somthing

going from 22 to 20 would be almost no dif,but 2 to 4 is double!

or straight up if im uploading a video nock my dl down to 2 and my up to 22, then switch when done ....i mean really.....

Yes, but the short answer is that this probably isn't possible, because of the way that they've designed it.

I wish I could have better upload speeds than 0.35mbps...

No possible due to the modem and router design. It'd be cool, though. I have Comcast 60/12 service and I can't use it all because of the stupid-ass 300GB data cap in my test market. Be happy you have no data cap. I'd trade my internet for something slower if it didn't have a data cap.

I have AT&T U-Verse gigapower. I get 1 gigabit up and down with a 1 terabyte data cap (which one month I came close to hitting).

YAY FOR FIBER!

With a 1TB cap? Well I guess that's to stop you from doing tons of torrenting of anything even if legitimate.

I guess so. I hit it by downloading a lot of Linux distros and watching a lot of 4k Linus :)

You know that guy that games on a MacBook? I'm that guy.
