Segmented SFTP Windows Client

I know I know, segmentation is a "hack that shouldn't be an issue on a good network". Well, don't blame me for shitty world wide infrastructure...

 

Long sotry short, I recently moved, on my old 60/4 cable internet I would get 1-3 mbps easily from my overseas server (I was also pretty close to an intercontinental fiber node). I just moved and got some Time Warner 200/20 (my ping is kinda crap, lowest I have seen is 13, normal is 25, I aint to happy, makes my 120 dollar Motorola modem seem kinda useless). Anyways, now I get frikin sub 120kbps to the same server, while my colleages get the same speeds they used to (thus its not the server, its the latency from me to the server). There is 0 amount of things I can do about improving world wide internet, which I guess Filezila just can't wrap their brains around. But either way, filezilla is no longer a program I wish to use, and am looking for another Windows based segmented SFTP client.

 

Any suggestions? I have read the cuteftp is pretty good, but have yet to try it.

Doesn't look like this supports segmenting. I got identical speeds as filezilla.
