PSU Fan

 I have a sneaking suspicion that the plastic airflow directing sheet is probably barely touching my PSU fan. It's only a very slight tick but idk, should I be worried? Fan itself is spinning. Here's what it looks like on the inside (google image)

EDIT: Could it also be moving thanks to air turbulence? I mean, the plastic shroud being slightly loose and ticking when air hits it?

The "spokes" keeping the fan hub, and blades in place, should also stop that plastic piece from touching the blades. Maybe the fan needs lubrication?

Idk, it's a very quiet and inconsistent tick. I need to be close to the exhaust. everything is functioning normally and It seems to be okay.

EDIT: The PSU itself is brand spanking new (1 week old) Should be okay
