Hi guys, I really need help. I wanted to buy a new CPU (mid-gaming).I'm from the Philippines. My budget is around 365 US dollars only. I wanted a CPU with no Graphics card yet, I am planning to save for the Graphics cards later. Can you give a list on what can I buy in this budget? Intel based setup will be good and I wanted to play Dota 2 and CS:GO at max settings even though I don't have video card yet. Thanks a lot and God bless!

PS: Sorry if I'm asking for a list but I really not that updated when it comes to hardware.

I'd recommend you i5 4690 + H97 mobo, but you can also get the i5 4460 which is cheaper or i5 4690k+Z97, but since you only play CSGO and Dota 2, then an i5 4460 is already overkill

Are you buying from local shops or ordering internationally, either way look for a low end i5 and a h97 mobo like previously suggested. If that is over your budget go for an i3 4370 and a h97 motherboard.

No CPU configuration on earth will be able to run CS:GO or Dota on max settings.

RAM doesn't matter, get the cheapest 8GB DDR3 kit you can also RAM speed doesn't matter unless you are using an APU. So something like an 8GB 1333Mhz kit is probably your cheaper option.

Haswell should be able to get at least 120fps with some config tweaks, if you want CSGO to look pretty you should still be alright with high settings with no AA and maintain 60fps.

they all have an iGPU, but you should ofc get a GPU if you want good performance

grab 2x4GB DDR3 ram sticks! Brand doesnt realy matter, but e.g. Kingston Hyperx, ADATA, Corsair, Crucial, etc. are good companies

I think what he's trying to say is a PC as a whole, not only the CPU and the mobo

What GPU are you going to include? That is the determining factor when you are selecting the PSU. As for case, make sure it has enough room for your components and it has decent airflow. Other than that, just pick one that looks nice to you and call it a day.

For the GPU, I was hoping that I will get GTX 960 in the future. For case I've chosen Aerocool GT Advance White Gaming. Will it be a good fit?

I'm thinking if I just buy a generic PSU. I will just add it for the future upgrade when I buy GPU.

Trust me and get a 80+ bronze 500W PSU. It will be more than enough for a 960. Just make sure it's a reputable brand (Seasonic, Corsair CX series and up, Antec, XFX).
