Driver scanner, sata controller driver

I bought sata 3 controller and i am not getting the sata 3 speed from ssd. I dont have proper drivers so can you help me to find it somehow ? Some good driver scanner or something ? Here is the controller itself  http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTAwMFgxMDAw/z/nWsAAOSw34FVFhxa/$_57.JPG

The image does not work. You need to get the drivers from the manufacturer's website.
