GPU Performance?

Hi guys, 

I'm experiencing stutering while gaming (Dying Light  is what I've been playing lately) Framerates are all over the place. Turned the settings down, and fps counter is going from 80 to 5, and back up again, it's quite annoying. I checked on NZXT Cam, and I noticed this:  

What's wrong with my Gpu performance?

I'm running the latest drivers, HDD are about 70/80% full, ..

Can someone help me?

Any sign of GPU issues, I always quickly uninstall drivers (USING DDU of course) and reinstall them, to check if the driver install your using now is the culprit via a corruption somewhere...

After that,..You may need to revert to an older set to check if its THAT driver in general.

/I don't instantly revert to an older one, but try the same one again first...
