Hello guys i have a I5 4460 and a z87 k c2 asus motherboard I have to update my bioss to use this cpu. I have no another processor to do the bios update and i want to know if its possible to update the bioss another way; (i have no image on screen when i turn on my pc)

Doesn't your board support usb bios flashback?

if your motherboard supports usd bios flashback then you can update the bios, if not ask a local retailer if they will update it for you for a bit of money, I wouldn't pay more then $15 for it though, or you can buy a cheap lga-1150 cpu for $30-40ish new or find a second hand one for cheaper.

your options are either to return the cpu and get a non refresh model, return the motherboard and get an h97 mobo, or see if your retailer will update the bios for you. if you are out of your return window, then all you can really do is send it to the manufacturer to update the bios, or go to a computer repair shop near you to have them do it. The last option would be to buy a cheap haswell celeron cpu to do the update yourself. i hope you're still in your return window for the motherboard though, since it would be the easiest and cheapest option.
