They should be, though I'd suggest getting RAM with the same speed and CAS Latency to help prevent any possible issues.

RAM will typically work together no matter what it'll just kinda default to what's slowest. However if the CAS Latency's are different you may run into some issues. However I've never mixed different CAS's I wouldn't know.

Yes but the red 1866mhz kit will be forced down to 1600mhz. In a ram kit, all RAM will run at the lowest speed stick of the kit. Your CAS Latency I believe does the same thing. AFAIK mixing CAS isn't an issue, I could be wrong however.

EDITS:

With a little more research, it appears CAS Latencies that are different but very close (in this case CL9 and CL10) should not be a problem.

The voltage does need to be the same! The new kit is rated 1.5V, would you be able to see what your current RAM is running at? I could not find that info on the NCIX page.

According to http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KHX1600C9D3B1K2_8GX.pdf your current ram is 1.5V also.

SO you should be fine!
