Help Me Build my setup..

Well well guys i´m going to move from my country to the states... Im going to work In a space and i want to make a setup that should be fantastic.. Soo

I have a budget of 400 USD for peripherals and maybe some LED ..

So please help me building my fantastic setup.

What do you mean by peripherals? Does it include a monitor, a keyboard/mouse, and headphones? Some people only mean two or three of these for peripherals, so I need to know what you mean.

First off- Ikea. If you need a desk or any shelving just search "table tops" "legs" "shelves" and you'll find everything you need. Then, make your way to amazon and find an LED kit they run for about 30ish for more than enough length and they're typically RGB to match your setup. After that I'd go for a Corsair Keyboard and Mouse RGB combo like the k70 and m65. Then just get a decent 1080p IPS monitor if you don't have one already and you're all set.

Ikea Stuff: ~$60

k70 & m65: ~$230
LED Kit: ~$30
Monitor: ~$120 (22 inch aoc 1080p IPS)
Total: ~$440

if You want cheap LED's I got a 16ft roll of RGB with a controller on Ebay that works flawless.  as jack said get a desk from ikea it'll be the cheapest unless you go buy a cheap useless thing from walmart.

Never get desks from Walmart, little brother got one and all the screws fell out without him barely using it. I have a desk from ikea and it cost me about 30$ plus shipping and it's way higher quality and looks gorgeous. I have the Linnmon (23"x47") table and Adils legs I believe.
